We are seeking a person with an eye for detail, an outgoing personality and the ability to train and motivate the restaurant and cafe front of house team. A great opportunity to join our team. The Restaurant supervisor will report to the Duty Manager.

About the role
Requirements of this role are:-
Previous experience in Hospitality - Restaurant and Cafe
Must be able to work flexible hours
Working hours - Days, nights, weekends and public holidays, split shifts when required
Exceptional Customer Service skills




Ensure all services to guests are conducted in a highly professional manner
Ensure a safe working environment
Team worker with a vibrant, friendly personality
Excellent personal presentation and grooming
Self motivated and organized
Qualified pride, honesty
Accurate cash handling experience
Skills and experience
Experience and Knowledge
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - Qld
Good communication skills - oral and interpersonal
Ability to supervise staff and manage staff
Ability to communicate well with all ages
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prepare basic desserts and refreshments
Previous coffee shop or waiting experience
Ability to correctly process sales transactions
