Property Manager
to join a well‐established team in the Canberra region. If you enjoy building strong tenant and landlord relationships, staying on top of your portfolio, and keeping things running smoothly, this role offers a great mix of autonomy and support.
What you'll be doing
Managing a residential property portfolio
Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
Providing clear, professional communication to landlords and tenants
Ensuring compliance with ACT legislation and agency processes
Working closely with a supportive team to deliver excellent service
What we're looking for
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills




Solid organisational habits and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A positive, solutions‐focused approach
ACT Certificate of Registrationwith at least 1-2 years experience
