Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Automated Testing: Perform product assembly, through-hole soldering, and run automated testing routines to ensure top product quality.
SMT Production & Operations: Learn to set up and operate our low-volume Pick & Place line (full training provided).
Troubleshooting & Rework: Perform basic electronic diagnostics and light surface-mount (SMD) component rework.
Packing, Receiving & Logistics: Receive incoming components and stock, efficiently pack outgoing orders,



manage dispatches, and maintain inventory accuracy using our easy-to-follow manuals and internal systems.
What We Are Looking For
Practical Electronics & Assembly Experience: Strong hands-on experience with PCB assembly, component identification, and precision soldering is essential.
High Computer Literacy: Very proficient with computers and quick to navigate custom software and inventory systems.
Adaptable & Technical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to switch between different hands-on assembly, testing, and workshop tasks throughout the day.
Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to learn and follow structured SOPs.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Package Rate: $***** - $***** per hour + 12% Superannuation (practical experience, with performance review increases available)
