Position: Estimator

Projects: Substations, Transmission Lines & HV Infrastructure

Salary: $170k-$200k +
n
We're working with an established EPC contractor delivering HV infrastructure projects across Australia, with a strong pipeline across substations, transmission and broader power infrastructure.
n
This role requires someone with genuine HV electrical infrastructure experience who understands the technical scope behind the estimate, particularly across substations and/or transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare estimates and pricing for HV infrastructure tenders
n
Review drawings, specifications,



scopes and tender documentation
n
Develop material, labour, equipment and subcontractor cost estimates
n
Work closely with engineering, procurement and project teams
n
Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing
n
Identify commercial and technical risks within tenders
n
Support tender submissions, clarifications and handover to delivery teams
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Estimating experience within HV electrical infrastructure
n
Solid technical understanding of substations, transmission lines and/or associated HV works
n
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation
n
Experience working for an EPC contractor, electrical contractor or similar project environment
