What You'll Bring

We're looking for casual cooks to join the creative team and Rydges North Sydney working across the F&B; outlets across the hotel.
n
n
Previous experience working as a cook in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
n
Experience working across different sections in the kitchen is ideal.
n
Good organisation and knowledge around different cooking skills.
n
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; practices.
n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, in a busy workplace and follow kitchen procedures.
n
Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
n
Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
