Sear & Associates Insurance Brokers have been providing Insurance Broking Services to commercial businesses throughout Australia for over 50 years. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate / Assistant Account Executive with great communication skills to join our dynamic team. This position is suited to individuals who have 1 to 2 years' of insurance broking experience or those looking to enter the industry for the first time, having recently completed or soon to complete a degree qualification in a related field (e.g. business, finance, insurance).

About the role

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide support to Account Executives and Account Manager
n
Assist with management of client portfolios and specific client accounts
n
Provide client service by answering basic enquiries
n
Provide basic advice within assigned authorities
n
Carry out client and underwriter communications as instructed
n
Administer claims and service enquiries
n
Assist with marketing activities
n
