About the Role
n
You will play a key role supporting our Risk Advisers while developing the technical and practical skills required to become a successful adviser in your own right.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting advisers with client reviews and insurance strategy implementation.
n
Supporting the preparation of advice documentation and review reports.
n
Managing client communications including phone calls, emails and meeting coordination.
n
Liaising with insurers, underwriters, medical providers and external stakeholders.
n
Assisting with policy applications,



underwriting requirements and policy servicing activities.
n
Supporting clients through policy changes, claims and ongoing service requests.
n
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
n
Participating in client meetings and adviser mentoring activities.
n
Developing technical knowledge of life insurance, income protection, trauma, TPD and business insurance strategies.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
A recent graduate in Financial Planning, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline; or
n
An existing Client Service Officer, Associate Adviser or insurance professional looking to take the next step in their career.
n
Passionate about helping people protect themselves, their families and their financial future.
n
Interested in becoming a qualified Risk Adviser.
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
n
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients.
n
Professional, motivated and eager to learn.
n
Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
n
Previous experience in financial planning, insurance, banking or qualified services will be highly regarded but is not essential.
