The Chance:

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator.
n This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
n You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and orders from initial request through to delivery while liaising closely with sales, warehouse, logistics and operations teams.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Process and coordinate customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
n
Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes
n
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, sales and operations teams
n
Prepare quotes, invoices, order confirmations and relevant documentation
n
Proactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving customer issues
n
Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information within internal systems
n




Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
n
Provide general customer service and administrative support as required
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous SAP experience is essential
n
Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar role
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Experience managing customer orders from end to end
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Confidence managing multiple customer requests and competing priorities
n
Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, FMCG or another product-based environment is highly regarded
n
A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
n

The Benefits:

$70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
