, we are seeking a reliable and safety-focused
Agitator Driver
to join our team. As the face of Boral to our customers, you will play a key role in delivering concrete safely, efficiently and professionally while maintaining our strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence. Your day will involve:
Safely operating an agitator truck to deliver concrete to customer sites
Completing daily pre-starts and vehicle inspections
Managing slump adjustments and safe concrete discharge procedures
Building positive relationships with customers and site personnel
Maintaining delivery documentation and compliance requirements
Working closely with Batchers, Allocators and Plant teams to ensure efficient operations
Demonstrating a strong commitment to Boral's safety values and standards
Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle
What are we looking for?
Current HR licence (essential)
A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturday shifts as required




Experience driving heavy vehicles within construction, transport or related industries is desirable
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
