We're looking for compassionate, reliable people to join our supportive team delivering in-home care services to older Australians (65+) across Maryborough to Hervey Bay area.

About You
n
You:
n
n
Live in or can drive around the Maryborough and/or Hervey Bay area.
n
Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and have access to a comprehensively insured care (no international licences or shared vehicles)
n
Have a genuine passion for helping older people remain independent in their own homes
n
Can work a minimum of 6 hours per day between 8am and 6pm across 3-4 weekdays (some weekend opportunities also available)
n
Commit to completing our fully paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training Program - Tuesday to Friday for the first 2 weeks
n

You may come from a background in:
n
n
Cleaning or domestic services
n
Aged care, disability support or healthcare
n
Hospital support services or patient support roles
n
Caring for a family member or loved one
n
Studying a Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or a related course
n
Hospitality or customer service
n
n
What You'll Do
n




You'll provide personalised support that helps customers continue living safely and independently at home, including:
n

Domestic assistance, cleaning and laundry
n
Meal preparation and everyday household support
n
Social support and companionship
n
Personal care assistance (following training and based on your skills)
n
Medication assistance (where applicable)
n
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
n

Casual Contract for new entrant in the Maryborough area

Permanent Part-Time contract for experience care worker in the Hervey Bay area
n
$***** - $***** per hour + super + 25% casual loading (for casual contracts)
n
Paid travel time between customers
n
$1.33/km travel allowance
