We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to provide 1 month of temporary cover for a site in the Tuncurry region of NSW.
n
This is a contract role, which could potentially transition into a permanent role.
n
Working closely with an exceptional onsite team, you will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the asset, ensuring a safe, compliant and well-presented environment for tenants.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Management of planned and reactive maintenance
n
Coordination of contractors and service providers
n
Monitoring statutory compliance, WHS and risk management activities
n
Overseeing building services including HVAC, electrical, fire and essential services
n




Supporting tenant maintenance requests and stakeholder engagement
n
Assisting with operational reporting and budget tracking
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous facilities management experience within retail, commercial or mixed-use assets
n
Robust understanding of building operations and contractor management
n
Knowledge of compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Available to commence immediately
n
