Job Description
We're looking for an
Experienced Final Trim Grader Operator
to join our growing team. This role requires a high level of precision and skill in final trim grading, working on pad construction and earthworks sites.
Key Responsibilities
Final Trim Grading – Perform precise grading to design specifications, achieving correct levels, tolerances, and smooth finish




Reading & Interpreting Plans – Work from construction drawings, GPS/UTS data, and design specifications
GPS & UTS Machine Control – Operate up-to-date graders with GPS and UTS guidance systems
Working to Tight Tolerances – Achieve millimeter-accurate grading, ensuring quality and compliance with engineering standards
Safety & Compliance – Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to company and industry regulations
What You'll Need
Construction White Card
Current Drivers Licence
RII Grader Ticket
Experience using Trimble GPS
Minimum 3 years of experience operating a grader in civil construction
