Graceful Dental is a busy, modern family-owned dental practice in Surrey Hills, and we're looking for a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role
n
You will work closely with our dentists and team to provide exceptional patient care and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Responsibilities include:

Chairside assisting during a range of dental procedures
n
Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
n
Maintaining infection control standards
n
Supporting patient comfort and care
n
Managing appointments and patient enquiries
n
Reception and administrative duties, including phone calls, scheduling, and patient records
n
Assisting with the overall coordination of the practice
n

What We're Looking For

Previous dental assisting experience preferred (private practice experience highly regarded)
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Friendly, skilled, and compassionate manner
