You will provide expert legal advice, representation and case management, including in complex and sensitive matters, in accordance with Legal Aid NSW policies, standards and strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
As Practice Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients across the Broken Hill region, ensuring access to justice for some of the community's most vulnerable members.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will supervise, mentor and support legal staff, fostering a cooperative and high-performing team culture.
You will play a key role in driving service excellence,



building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to Legal Aid NSW's mission of helping clients resolve their legal problems and achieve fair outcomes.
What you need
Have a valid drivers licence and be willing to travel to regional and metropolitan offices as required (including overnight travel)
