The role
Leads PMO and Project Controls services, driving high-performing teams, service excellence and trusted client outcomes while strengthening industry partnerships and promoting Mace's capabilities.
You'll be responsible for:
Lead readiness assessment planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and operational requirements.
Drive excellence in safety, quality, compliance and governance across all readiness activities.
Provide strategic direction, monitoring performance and delivering best-in-class outcomes for clients.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and promoting collaborative delivery.
Oversee budgets, resources and risk management to ensure sustainable and compliant operations.
Mentor teams, share best practice and develop talent to strengthen capability and long-term success.
You'll need to have:
Extensive PMO and Project Controls leadership on major and complex programmes.
Expertise in project controls systems, risk management and data-driven reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement, consultancy,



communication and commercial acumen.
Relevant degree and professional accreditation with chartered or equivalent status.
