2 reliable, caring and enthusiastic Casual Support Workers
to join our growing team.
We provide person-centred support to people with disability, helping participants live more independently, get involved in their community and work towards their individual goals.
About the role
There are
a number of shifts available
, with opportunities for ongoing work for the right people.
Your role may include supporting participants with:
Daily living and household tasks
Community participation and social activities
Personal care and daily routines
Transport and community access
Life skills and developing independence
Employment or education assistance
Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals
Every participant is different, so we are looking for people who are
patient, respectful, adaptable and genuinely care about making a difference.
What we're looking for
You will need:




Previous experience in disability, aged care, community services or a similar role is desirable
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate
Current
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current
Working with Children Check
Current
First Aid & CPR
Current Australian driver's licence
Reliable, insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine commitment to providing respectful, person-centred support
