is a local dealership and workshop specialising in motorcycles, mowers and small engine equipment, providing sales, servicing, repairs and maintenance to customers across the region.
We're looking for a reliable Retail Sales Representative to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Prepare quotes and process sales accurately
Maintain product knowledge across motorcycles, mowers and outdoor power equipment
Maintain showroom presentation and assist with stock replenishment
Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales leads




Maintain accurate sales and customer records
Work closely with the parts and workshop teams
Follow workplace health, safety and company procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous retail sales or customer service experience
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and professional
Good sales and negotiation skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in motorcycles, machinery or outdoor power equipment
