About the Home
Walmsley Aged Care is a welcoming120‐bedresidential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‐site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.
The Role
As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high‐performing clinical and care team
Ensure safe, person‐centred, compliant care every day




Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes
About You
RN withcurrent AHPRAregistration
Knowledge ofAN‐ACC,NQIP,ACQSC
Residential Aged Care leadership experience
Robust communication and coaching capability
Desirable: Minimum of2+ yearsexperience in Aged Care

Role Perm Part time.Sunday through to Wednesday 7.00am to 3.00pm
