We are seeking an ambitious and confident individual, with robust administration and sales skills, tojoin our high-performing team as a Recruitment Consultant.
You will be responsible for:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants
Updating and maintaining database records
Conducting reference checks
Building and maintaining relationships with existing applicants
Writing and distributing marketing materials
Administering onboarding of new candidates
Ad hoc projects and tasks
We are looking for applicants with:
Meticulous attention to detail
A strong academic record
A competitive nature
An attitude of wanting to be the best
At least one year of work experience in the recruitment, administration, sales,accounting/finance,marketing, or HR fields
