They are afamily-owned business, operating for more than 10 years.
They support Construction projects in Melbourne, as asite cleaning company, with their presence mainly in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
They are very hands on with the clients, providing excellent service, that is environment friendly and sustainable.
As theOperations Manager, you willlead the people, systems and daily decisions, that turn customer requirements into safe, efficient and reliable world class service delivery.
You will build trusted relationships with Site Supervisors, Construction Managers and other customer stakeholders, while ensuring operational issues are managed professionally and resolved promptly.
This role will require you to be anaccountable, approachable and proactive leaderwho combines operational discipline with strong interpersonal skills.If you are an experiencedOperations leaderwithin the construction industry, who values accountability, collaboration,

Construction Industry knowledge and experience Essential
Key responsibilities include:
Strong knowledge and practical experience within the residential construction industry
Proven operational leadership experience in construction, waste management, logistics, field services or a comparable industry
Excellent planning, scheduling and resource‐management skills
Experience managing employees, crews and subcontractors across competing priorities
Robust people leadership, coaching and performance‐management capability
Confident decision‐making and practical problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills
Strong commercial awareness, systems capability and a continuous improvement mindset
