About the Traineeship
n
The Winemaking Traineeship offers you the ideal environment to learn from our experienced and passionate team, gaining practical experience in both our Cellar and Laboratory and of course in Winemaking.
n
We will provide you with the opportunity to combine your coursework and real-world Winemaking experience with nominated study days and generous financial support towards the cost of your degree.

This is a full-time paid position for a person who is currently studying or is looking to study a degree in Winemaking.
n

What we are looking for
n
n
Interested in studying or currently studying tertiary or equivalent degree in Winemaking or Oenology. Highschool leavers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

A passion for Winemaking, our work, and our brands

A thirst for learning, knowledge, and personal growth
n
An interest and ability to combine science and creativity
n
An interest or background in chemistry, microbiology and plant science is highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and good work ethic

Ability to work meticulously without supervision

Good presentation and communication skills
n
Demonstrated organisational and planning skills including use of computer systems

To be successful you will be self-motivated, willing to learn, flexible and enthusiastic to work in all areas of the winery, with a focus on quality always.
