Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining setting
Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed
Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Open and serve wine and other beverages by service standards
Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
Provide wine pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
