Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sample Reception team, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional service delivery.
n
Oversee the receipt, tracking, storage and shipment of clinical samples, including domestic and international logistics.
n
Manage sample inventory and records through a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
n
Ensure appropriate storage and monitoring of clinical samples and critical reagents across temperature-controlled environments.
n
Maintain accurate documentation,



reports and records in line with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
n
Review and implement SOPs, policies and processes to support quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
n
Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service performance.
n
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, clinical sites and external service providers.
n
Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
n
Ensure all laboratory activities are conducted safely and in accordance with relevant quality systems and regulatory requirements.

About You
n
n
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
n
Extensive laboratory experience within an analytical, pharmaceutical, pathology, CRO or other regulated laboratory environment.
n
Hands-on experience conducting laboratory assays and working with clinical samples.
n
Demonstrated experience managing clinical sample logistics, storage and international shipments.
n
Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO/IEC *****, GLP, GCLP or similar regulated frameworks.
n
Experience usingLIMSand database-driven record management systems.
n
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
n
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
