About Our Client
Our client is a leading specialist law firm that works behind the scenes of the lending industry, providing legal services to banks and financial institutions. Acting exclusively for lenders, they play a critical role in supporting residential lending transactions through efficient, accurate, and compliant legal processes.
Job Description
Manage a high-volume portfolio of residential lending files (approximately ****** files per month once trained).
Process residential lending matters from instruction through to settlement.
Work within established workflows, checklists, and structured processes.
Review, prepare, and manage lending and legal documentation.
Organise and maintain both paper-based and electronic files.
Ensure all matters meet compliance, regulatory, and quality standards.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, administration teams, and offshore colleagues.
Monitor file progression and assist in achieving settlement deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and file management practices.
Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and support staff to ensure workflow efficiencies.
Prioritise competing tasks within a fast-paced environment.




Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
The Successful Applicant
1+ years experience in banking and finance, mortgage settlements, conveyancing, or property law.
Experience managing a high-volume workload with competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow established procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Confidence handling both paper-based and digital documentation.
Resilience and adaptability in a busy workplace.
A positive, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach.
What's On Offer
Salary package of $85,000 - $95,000
