We are looking for a Junior Grower to join our production team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who enjoys working with plants and wants to learn the skills required to build a career in horticulture.

No previous experience is required — we are looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn and work as part of a team.

In this role you will:

Assist with daily plant care and crop maintenance
n
Monitor plant health and growing conditions
n
Help with watering, fertilising and general plant care
n




Assist with pest and disease monitoring
n
Learn nursery growing and production techniques
n
Maintain clean and organised growing areas
n
n
We are looking for someone who:

Has an interest in plants and horticulture

Enjoys hands-on, physical work

Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn

Works well in a team environment
