We're looking for someone with a unique skill set and a deep understanding of NDIS participant funding to join our team located in Cleveland.
n
This role plays a critical function in maintaining organisational compliance, supporting quality assurance and ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual, legislative, and funding requirements. You'll act as a key link between Operations and Finance to ensure claims, billing and funding processes are accurate, timely and compliant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
n
n
Prepare, review and submit funding claims in accordance with IEA and NDIS requirements
n
Ensure claims, participant records and service agreements are accurate, compliant and supported by appropriate documentation
n
Enter and Manage NDIS Service Agreements, Schedules of Supports, funding allocations, service bookings in the CMS
n
Monitor claim deadlines, funding utilisation and invoicing accuracy, identifying and mitigating over/underspend risks
n
Investigate and resolve claim queries, rejections and compliance issues
n
Conduct audits and support internal/external compliance reviews
n
Provide guidance to staff on claims processes and compliance requirements
n




Liaise with funding bodies and stakeholders to clarify claim requirements or resolve issues
n

To be considered for this role ideally you will possess:
n
n
In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, including pricing arrangements and support categories
n
Proven experience working with NDIS service agreements and funding plans
n
Robust understanding of CMS platforms and client record management
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to interpret financial data and translate it for non-financial stakeholders
n
Strong communication and collaboration skills
n
Experience in disability or community services sector
n
Familiarity with systems like Akuety, MYOB or similar is desirable
n
Project or process improvement experience
n
