Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 1 Permanent Administration role at our new contract site where Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and surrounding suburbs are the Point of Hire for this position.

Roster: Working 14 days ON 7 days OFF - Dayshift
n
What This Role Involves
n
n
Responsible for site related administration paper work, data entry and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated time frames
n
Manning the front reception area for visitors arrival
n
Visitor Check In & Out as per Client and Cater Care procedures
n
Answering and directing telephone enquiries
n




Incoming and Outgoing mail
n
General Office Duties
n
Assist the broader team as required
n
n
Ideal Candidate would need to have:
n
n
1 Consecutive year + of experience in an administration or receptionist role
n
1 - 2 yrs exp Guest Reservations Administrator, Guest Services Administration or Accommodation Management (Reservations and Administration)
n
High attention to detail
n
Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
n
All front office reception duties - meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries
n
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
n
A motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can-do' attitude
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
n
Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
n
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
n
Drivers License
n
Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
n
