About the role
You will join a close-knit team working for three highly respected specialist plastic surgeons at their private practice in Kew. The role is suited to a positive, patient centred administrative assistant who loves being part of a team, delivers excellent customer service and enjoys the detailed accuracy that administrative work for surgeons require. You will work alongside an experienced team and be supported to develop your career in surgical administration.
The role is Mondays and Thursdays between 9am-5pm for approximately 15 hours per week, with the availability to cover staff leave on other days.
Key responsibilities
Front reception desk, delivery of excellence in customer service
Managing surgeon tasks, schedule, and appointment book
Handling patient phone enquires and follow up




Managing surgical bookings and surgical lists
Assisting with surgical quoting
Managing referrals and correspondence
Assisting with new patient enquiries
About you
Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks
Enjoys detail and accuracy in their work
Positive and team focused, as well as the ability to work independently
Passionate about enhancing the patient experience
Enjoys multi-tasking and the ability to maintain care, professionalism, and enthusiasm at all times
Excellent phone manner, skilled written and verbal skills
Efficient technology skills
Ability to organize and liaise with surgeons, practice managers, clinical staff and hospitals in coordinating surgeries
Experience with Genie or Gentu software and surgical administration highly regarded
