That's where you come in.
As the
Operations Supervisor
, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day transport operations of the
Colac
team, managing drivers on shift, and ensuring compliance with NHVR regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Working a
full-time Monday to Friday
roster, you will play a key role in maintaining fleet efficiency, coordinating effectively between operations and maintenance teams, ensuring vehicles are inspected and ready for allocation, proactively communicating service issues to customers and stakeholders, and identifying and resolving operational challenges to support the smooth running of the business. Other duties may be required as needed.

What You'll Need:
Experience in a supervisory role within transport.
Excellent
interpersonal skills
and ability to work with drivers.
Ability to work autonomously.
