Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting clients throughout Melbourne. Their clinicians work primarily within homes, and community settings, helping clients build independence, confidence and meaningful life skills.

The Role:
n
This is a community-based Occupational Therapy position covering Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs.
n
You'll work with an adult caseload of NDIS and Home Care Package clients
n
Your work may include:
n

Functional assessments and therapy interventions
n
Home care packages
n
Home and community visits
n




Telehealth appointments where suitable
n
Collaboration with support coordinators and other allied health professionals
n
n

Requirements

Occupational Therapy qualification
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 1 years' Occupational Therapy experience preferred

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
