The Role
You'll be joining an experienced and collaborative Property Management team, managing a quality residential portfolio from start to finish while receiving the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional service.




Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately ******* residential properties with assistance
Maintenance coordination
Leasing
Arrears management
Notices and tenancy leases
Tribunal preparation and attendance, including QCAT if needed
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Some routine, entry and exit inspections and reports
Using PropertyMe software
You'll also be supported by:
Two Assistant Property Managers who handle routine inspections and provide day-to-day support
A dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA)
A hands-on Team Leader who is actively involved in supporting the team
About You
Previous Property Management experience
A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A current driver's licence
