Excellent AUS is a growing cleaning services business providing residential and commercial cleaning solutions across Melbourne. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our brand, understand our customers and support the continued growth of the business.

About the Role
n
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activities that help Excellent AUS reach the right customers and build a stronger presence in the market.
n
You will work closely with the management team to understand business priorities, identify marketing opportunities and turn these into practical marketing campaigns and initiatives.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Develop and implement marketing plans and activities in line with the company's business objectives.
n
Research the cleaning services market, competitors and customer needs to identify new marketing opportunities.
n
Monitor customer and market trends and use these insights to improve our marketing approach.
n
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and other relevant channels.
n
Manage the company's digital marketing activities, including website, social media and online content.
n
Develop marketing content and promotional materials that clearly communicate our services and brand.
n




Review campaign and marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
n
Work with external agencies and suppliers where required to deliver marketing activities.
n
Support the development and positioning of existing and new services based on market and customer insights.
n
Prepare regular marketing updates and recommendations for management.
n

Requirements
n
n
Any Qualification at least Bachelor Degree
n
At least 3 years of work experience in a marketing-related role
n
Good understanding of marketing principles, customer behaviour and digital marketing.
n
Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
Comfortable working with data, market information and campaign results.
n
Creative, proactive and able to manage projects from planning through to execution.
n
