About you:
Minimum 3+ years of luxury retail experience specializing in sales, client aftercare, and elevated service.
Results-driven self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Deep expertise in luxury leather goods and handbags,



skilled at maximizing ATV through strategic cross-selling.
Exceptional clienteling acumen with a proven High-Net-Worth portfolio.
Operational agility spanning front-of-house leadership and inventory control.
Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred but not essential.
