About The Role
The Performance Advisor oversees performance across Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. The role provides professional expertise to ensure contracts are delivered effectively, achieving value, quality and compliance with legislation and standards.
The position focuses on continuous improvement, developing solutions to complex commercial and contractor management issues, and building strong internal and external networks. It also requires robust risk management skills to identify and manage safety, environmental, financial, time, scope and reputational risks, while supporting safe, inclusive and adaptable team operations.

Qualifications And Experience
You'll bring:
Commercial experience in managing large contracts (desirable)
A current drivers licence
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
