What You'll Do:
You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return. Clear communication and coordination with the customer for vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner. You will also confirm all rental verification is accurate and complete, inspect the rental vehicle and assist with the customer's luggage.

What We're Looking For:
A full and valid Australian driver's licence
Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)




At least 1 year's experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
