AutobahnMechanical and Electrical Services Mindarieis seeking a customer service and people focused Store Manager for their market leading service centre located in Mindarie.

Autobahn Mindarie was established in ****, making it one of the longest serving stores in the Autobahn group. We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a people focused store manager to join our growing and dynamic team.

We are looking for motivated person possessing the following talents:

Excel in customer service - This is a MUST!

Motivated and eager to succeed!

Excellent people skills and communication!
n
Experience in automotive service management advantageous but not required!
n
Perform well under pressure!
n
Lead, motivate and develop staff!

What we offer:

Earn from $100,000 base salary per year plus bonuses*

Fuel card and uniform supplied

Ongoing training and support from a dedicated, local owner.

Excellent team working environment in a fully equipped workshop.

*Salary, Fuel Card. Commission based on hitting targets set by employer.

Those without previous experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply. Ideally suited for someone eager to succeed and set themselves up long term,
in a fun and positive management role. Training provided in-store before taking the reins.
