Job Description
Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our national team. The role is a broad, hands-on People & Culture partner supporting operational and corporate stakeholders, with a strong ER and IR focus.
n
You will advise leaders, manage investigations, performance, engagement and workforce planning, and drive talent reviews and reporting. Hybrid mode: 3 days in the office and up to 2 days at home, South Western Sydney location with on-site parking.
