Dental Members Australia is seeking a Practice Manager to join our established team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a 9 month Maternity Leave contracted placement, starting in November **** and ending in August **** with the possibility of extension. Full on the job training will be supplied spanning over two months.

Dental Members Australia is a privately owned group of practices across QLD, SA, WA, NSW and VIC. We are Australian owned and operated with 26 practices in our group.

Our Adelaide location attends to patients for all general treatments, implants and surgical procedures. As the practice manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, team building and management and patient care.

What you'll be doing
n
Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice. Reception duties are required - this role is patient facing.
n
Supervise and support the practice staff, including dental assistants, receptionists and dentists
n
Manage financial operations, including invoicing, payroll and reporting
n
Coordinate complex and interesting patient treatment with specialists and anesthetists within our team
n
Liaise with suppliers, vendors and the dental community to maintain robust relationships
n




Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
n
Rostering for 4 surgeries and reception. Monday - Friday 8 - 5pm

What we're looking for
n
Dental Experience of minimum 4 years - admin and management desired.
n
Experience with high value treatment plans and discussing finance options - treatment co-ordination of high value and volume
n
Strong understanding of dental practice operations and the ability to effectively manage all administrative functions
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team
n
Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant IT systems
n
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
n
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience
n
Relevant qualifications in practice management would be highly regarded
n
Proven ability to build and sustain a high performing team of dentists and support staff.
