Clerk Grade 7/8, base salary ($116,981 - $129,492), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Hybrid Working Arrangement:
50% on-site attendance, with 2 days in the office in Week 1 and 3 days in Week 2.
Your role
The Business Analyst works as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement.
What you'll do
The role leads the review and analysis of the organisation's business requirements, intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.

Partner with Senior Business Analysts and Product teams to plan, support, and deliver business analysis activities across key projects and initiatives.
Analyse business objectives, processes, and service needs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
Gather, document, and manage business requirements for recent systems, enhancements, and process changes.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, using effective communication and negotiation skills to support informed decision-making and service improvements.
Contribute to project delivery through requirement gathering, implementation planning, change management, user acceptance testing, and training activities.
Translate complex technical information into clear, plain language for non-technical audiences to ensure understanding and engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influencing:
Proven ability to build relationships, consult, negotiate, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes.
Adaptability & Prioritisation
: Capable of managing multiple deliverables independently while responding effectively to changing priorities, business needs, and deadlines.
Communication & Continuous Learning:
Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, plain language and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
