Key responsibilities
n

Partner with your GM and their Business Operation Managers
n
Lead budgeting, forecasting and BD financial modelling
n
Run monthly P&L; reviews for your region
n
Manage customer billing reconciliations and contract alignment
n
Deliver ad hoc analysis on
under/overperforming
sites
n
n
Skills & experience
n
n
Commercial finance background, ideally partnering with operational teams
n
Confident in Excel for modelling and reporting
n
Strong communicator who can translate detail for non-finance stakeholders
n
Nice to have: exposure to multi-site retail, hospitality, leisure
n
Nice to have: Power BI or D365 Business Central experience
n
n
About the team
n
You'll report into an experienced, well-regarded finance leader running a close-knit, team-oriented team, backed by a solid data & analytics function. Most of the team have young families, so there's a genuine understanding of what that requires.
