About the role
n
As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will work with clients across a range of settings,



including our clinic and within the community.
n
Your role may include:
n
n
Speech and language assessments
n
Communication and language intervention
n
Articulation and speech sound therapy
n
Social communication support
n
Functional communication
n
Development of therapy goals and intervention plans
n
Report writing and clinical documentation
n
Working collaboratively with families, carers, schools and other professionals
n
Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
n
n
You will be supported to progressively develop your caseload and clinical confidence.
n
About you
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
A recent Speech Pathology graduate or graduating soon
n
Eligible for membership withSpeech Pathology Australia
n
Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes
n
Eager to learn and develop clinically
n
Reliable, compassionate and professional
n
Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
n
Holds a current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
n
Experience is not required – your attitude, willingness to learn and passion for the profession are what matter most.
