We have been engaged by a long-established Northern Territory civil contractor to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager to take ownership of major subdivision, road and civil infrastructure projects across the Territory.

The business has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio spanning subdivisions, roads, bridges, bulk earthworks, transport infrastructure and major civil works. With an experienced team, strong project capability and an ongoing pipeline of work, the business continues to deliver significant projects across the Territory while maintaining a practical, hands-on approach to construction, safety, quality and client outcomes.
THE ROLE
As Civil Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, clients and key stakeholders.
You'll drive performance across program, cost, quality, safety and productivity, while providing robust leadership across the project team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Manage end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects
Develop and manage programs, budgets and delivery strategies
Lead Project Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors and site teams
Manage forecasting, variations, progress claims and commercial outcomes
Coordinate procurement and subcontractor engagement
Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities
Drive quality, safety, productivity and project performance
Provide leadership and direction across project delivery
