Senior Structural Engineer.

You will take carriage of mid- to large-scale building projects, remaining closely involved from concept through to construction-stage problem-solving. The role balances hands-on technical work with mentoring and coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility without being removed from engineering.
Design exp includes:
Structural design of complex, design-focused buildings
End-to-end involvement from concept design through construction support
Regular interaction with site teams to resolve real engineering issues
Coordination with architects, services engineers, builders, and clients
Contribution to technically challenging, architecturally ambitious projects
What you'll be trusted with:
Leading structural design packages and technical direction
Maintaining design quality through delivery,

Mentoring and developing junior engineers within the team
Helping maintain steady coordination across disciplines
You're likely to be a strong fit if:
You have5+ years' experience in local building design
Your background is firmly within a structural design consultancy
You are comfortable using tools such as ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass, or Microstran
You communicate clearly, keep work moving, and take responsibility for outcomes
You enjoy technical problem-solving and supporting others' development
