As Assistant Production Manager, you'll support production planning, coordinate tradespeople, maintain quality standards, and help drive continuous improvement across the factory floor. This is a hands-on role suited to a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys being closely involved in day-to-day production outcomes.

About you
SolidWorks or CAD experience (highly regarded)
Trade qualification or robust practical background
Proactive, organised approach to fabrication work
Confidence working with machinery, fabrication, and assembly teams
Passion for continuous improvement around safety, efficiency and quality
