Chef
to join our team for approximately 24 hours per week

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy café environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well as part of a team. Early morning starts are required, so we are looking for someone punctual, organised and ready to get the kitchen running smoothly each day. Previous café or commercial kitchen experience is preferred. If you're hardworking, consistent and passionate about good food, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role:




Doma Hotels has a strong focus on making a big impact on our guest experience. We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team and who will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant café venue and be trained by some of the very best Chefs.
To be successful you must possess the following attributes:
1 year experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
Experience working with A la Carte breakfast service
Working within a fast-paced kitchen
Able to work independently and within a team environment
High understanding of kitchen production and hygiene procedures
Great attention to detail
A passion for the department
Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
Deliver consistency in product quality and presentation
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Available to workearly mornings on a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends
