The role
Provides leadership of cost management services to support successful project delivery, driving commercial performance and value. Leads and develops large, high-performing teams, ensuring effective delivery of key outcomes while contributing to strategic objectives and business growth.
You'll be responsible for:
Lead commercial strategy, managing revenue, cost, and financial performance across the programme.
Consolidate financial data and commercial agreements to support informed decision-making.
Lead and develop the commercial team to deliver project objectives and business outcomes.
Optimise project margins while safeguarding the business from commercial risk.
Provide strategic commercial direction aligned with programme and project goals.
Partner with project leadership to drive performance, governance, and successful delivery.
You'll need to have:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or equivalent qualification.




Commercial management expertise across complex construction programmes and contracts.
Strong knowledge of risk, contract administration, value engineering, and lifecycle costing.
Qualified membership (MRICS/RICS or equivalent) with excellent stakeholder and digital capability.
