Perfect Stranger is seeking a creative, inspiring, and dedicated retail leader to step into the
Store Manager
role. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on motivating a team, shaping store culture, and creating memorable customer experiences. If you're passionate about youth fashion, team development, and delivering an exceptional retail environment, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‐night trade.
Responsibilities
Lead day‐to‐day store operations with a strong floor presence.
Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to create future leaders.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Perfect Stranger service expectations.
Drive sales results and ensure store profitability through cost and productivity management.
Oversee rostering, budgets, and scheduling to meet business and payroll targets.
Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and storeefficiencies.
Recruit, train, and support team members with clear,honestand constructive feedback.
Uphold and model Perfect Stranger'sbehaviouralexpectations, culture, and brand values.
Skills and Experience
Strong retail background with hands‐on experience across stockroom and shop floor.
Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
