What You'll Be Doing

Respond to patient and referrer inquiries via phone and email.
n
Assist patients in booking procedures across multiple locations.
n
Provide inbound support and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
n
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex matters.
n
Maintain accurate records in our patient database.
n
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
n

What You're Looking For

Strong customer service background, ideally in healthcare or similar.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Basic IT troubleshooting abilities and willingness to learn new systems.
n
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years' experience in a call centre environment.
n
Proven ability to build rapport and negotiate over the phone.
n
Sound IT skills and adaptability to new technology.
n
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
n
Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
n
Must have current Australian work rights.
n
