What You Will Be Doing
n

Provide support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printing, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
n
Act as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and user enquiries.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral-related issues.
n
Support device provisioning, deployment, and onboarding activities.
n
Maintain asset registers, device inventories, and stock levels.
n




Assist with endpoint management and user access administration.
n
Work closely with a remote IT team to ensure a high level of service delivery across the business.
n
Escalate complex issues when required and follow through to resolution.
n
n
About You
n
n
2+ years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role.
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
n
Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
n
Familiarity with device deployment, onboarding, and endpoint management.
n
Exposure to technologies such as:

Microsoft Intune
n
Windows Autopilot
n
SharePoint Online
n
OneDrive
n
Microsoft Teams
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Well organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
n
A genuine passion for technology and helping users.
