Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team and provide services to Aged Care, DVA and Occupational Medication patients across Brisbane.
n

Salaries from $100,000 - $150,000 + Super (depending on your experience)
n

Supervision & Support from Clinical Lead with 15+ Years experience whilst you upskill, with a structured onboarding.
n

About the Role:
n
This position will see you working across aged care, DVA and occupational medicine, with a caseload that is initially varied and can be tailored over time.
n
You will work across Brisbane, supported by a travel hub model designed to minimise excessive travel. The role typically involves 5 to 6 consults per day, with KPI expectations of 5 billable hours per day, or 5.5 depending on travel.
n
You will also have access to your closest clinic for support whenever needed - with 12 clinics spread across Brisbane; Loganholme, Morningside, Alexandra Hills, Bownsplains, Goodna, Ipswich, West End, Enoggera, Lutwyche, Aspley, Eatons Hills and Rothwell.

What Support Looks Like:

Support is a key part of this role.



Supervision is provided online and in person by a Clinical Lead with 15 years of experience in this area.

Your onboarding includes:
n
n
Initial online modules covering processes and systems
n
In-clinic software training
n
First 2 weeks shadowing the Team Lead
n
By week 3, transition to a half caseload
n
n

Requirements:
n

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
AHPRA registration
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Drivers licence and own vehicle
